Terms of Use

By using SudoRush you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or play.

1. Acceptance

Installing or playing SudoRush constitutes your acceptance of these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SudoRush. By installing or playing SudoRush, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. If you are under 18, do not install or play SudoRush. Accounts created by users under 18 will be terminated and all associated data deleted.

3. Account

SudoRush accounts are bound to a Google Play Games account. One account per person. Accounts cannot be sold, transferred, or shared.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google Play Games account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your SudoRush account, notify us immediately at [email protected].

4. Acceptable Use

• No automation, bots, or scripted play.
• No exploiting bugs or unintended mechanics.
• No harassment in display names.
• Violations may result in match forfeit, account suspension, or permanent termination.
• No reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of SudoRush.
• No circumventing or attempting to circumvent account authentication or security measures.
• No building tools or software that interact with SudoRush or its backend services outside of normal gameplay.
• No using SudoRush for any commercial purpose without our express written permission.

5. In-App Purchases

SudoRush offers four families of non-consumable in-app purchases:

• Sabotage unlocks. Unlock individual sabotage abilities. Sabotages can also be unlocked with in-game coins earned through play - no purchase is required to access any sabotage.
• Theme unlocks. Unlock visual themes. Paid only.
• Music pack unlocks. Unlock background music packs. Paid only.
• Remove Ads. A one-time non-consumable purchase that permanently removes banner ads and interstitial ads. Rewarded ads remain available by your choice to earn in-game coins (see Section 5).

All purchases are restored when you reinstall on a device signed in to the same Google account. Refunds are handled by Google Play under Google's refund policy. We do not issue refunds directly.

6. Virtual Currency (Coins)

SudoRush includes a virtual currency called Coins. Coins are earned through normal gameplay, by watching rewarded ads, and through in-app promotions.

• Coins have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be transferred to other accounts, redeemed for cash, or exchanged for anything of value outside the app.
• Coins are non-refundable. We reserve the right to adjust, modify, or reset coin balances at any time, including for bug fixes, game rebalancing, or violations of these terms.
• On account termination - whether initiated by you or by us - all coin balances are forfeited with no compensation.

7. Advertising

SudoRush is free to play and supported by advertisements served by Google AdMob. Three ad formats are used:

• Banner ads. Displayed during gameplay at the bottom of the screen.
• Interstitial ads. Full-screen ads shown between matches, approximately every three completions.
• Rewarded ads. Optional ads you choose to watch in exchange for in-game coin rewards. These are never shown without your action.

If you are located in the EU/EEA or a CCPA-regulated US state, a consent form is displayed before any ads are served. You may update your consent at any time in Settings.

Purchasing Remove Ads (Section 4) eliminates banner and interstitial ads permanently. Rewarded ads remain available as an opt-in feature.

AdMob is operated by Google LLC. For information on how Google processes data in connection with advertising, see Google's Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

SudoRush is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uptime. Matches in progress may be lost during outages.

We are not liable for service unavailability caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to Google Firebase outages, Google Play outages, internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or government actions.

9. User Content

SudoRush does not support user-generated content beyond display names. Display names may be moderated and removed for violations of Section 3.

10. Intellectual Property

SudoRush, the SudoRush wordmark, and all game art are owned by the developer. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the game for your own entertainment. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works.

11. Disclaimers

SudoRush is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

12. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of SudoRush is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence or defective service as defined under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India).

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms. You may delete your account at any time - see Delete Data.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or SudoRush shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

As an alternative to court proceedings, the parties may elect to resolve disputes by binding arbitration seated in Bangalore under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). Either party may initiate arbitration by written notice to the other party.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via in-app announcement at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of SudoRush after updated terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to updated terms, delete your account and uninstall the app before the effective date.

16. General

• Severability. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
• Entire Agreement. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding SudoRush and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
• No Waiver. Failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future.
